Boao Forum of Asia -Stage II

The Boao Forum For Asia (BFA) is an unofficial, non-profit, regular, and fixed-location international organization headquartered in China. This project is the second-phase site of the Boao Forum For Asia, including the main venue for the second phase, exhibition center, conference center, and forum park planning.
As the future main venue of the Boao Forum For Asia, it is located in the northern part of Dongyu Island in Boao, making full use of the advantages of the local location and natural resources. It integrates water systems, mountainous areas, and plant landscapes, providing a broader stage for the forum’s concept of openness and common prosperity.
Rosemont Les Quartiers
The is a residential project developed for the site where formerly occupied by the Norampac factory. Considering the scale of the project, special attention has been given to the definition of spaces, particularly public and private areas. The ground floors are mainly reserved for collective and commercial functions, while the upper floors are reserved for residents.
There are gradual transitions between public and private areas, both vertically and horizontally. Thus, from the main street to the railway tracks, a transition is planned from the storefronts and commercial spaces in the foreground to the common areas and finally the residential units. The different buildings blend harmoniously with the overall design while retaining their individual character.
